Hi everyone, My name is Alex. Im a Darwin born and bred girl who discovered pilates during the 2020 lockdown, I was a new mum with a sore back and a core that was in pretty bad shape after back to back caesarians. I started doing pilates on YouTube and after a month my sore back started to feel better and my core felt stronger. I was pretty sold on Pilates, I started telling everyone I knew about how amazing it was and how awesome I felt. So I decided to do this totally wild thing and become and instructor.
